Return Policy

We take great care to ensure that every book is packaged and delivered in perfect condition.
Because books are products that cannot be resold once opened or browsed through, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing karoomanna@gmail.com.
Include clear photos of the damage as proof, and we will gladly replace the book at no additional cost to you.
